Sports Massage
Our massage services are personalised to your needs! Sports Massage is not a one-size-fits-all all treatment, more of an umbrella term. Your therapist will discuss your treatment aims and preferences and identify the most suitable approach for you.
If you have a diagnosed injury or pain that has not been investigated by a medical professional, please Book An Initial Assessment. It’s to ensure the most appropriate and safe route for your care.
Ideal for niggles, inflexibilities and recovering after a hard session of your favourite activity, plus a bucket load of buzz words:
Knots, spots, aches, pains, tightness, release, tension, lactic acid build-up, stiffness – we’ve heard them all!

Not Sure?
Trust us, you’re in safe hands!
How long do I need? If you have a particular body part to focus on, 30 minutes is usually sufficient. Multiple areas of focus e.g. lower back, thigh and calves will require 1 hour of treatment to maximise the benefits.
Useful info: Come prepared. We need to see, touch and feel the areas you want to work on so please wear appropriate clothing! We provide towels and a changing area.
AJ’s top tip: Get the most out of your session by picking the best time of day for you; before/after work, 1-3 days post event or the same day where appropriate.
